All payments must be made by the person named as the Charterer on the Charter Party Contract to the Stakeholder’s designated bank account or via an authorized representative**/agent.**

A booking is officially confirmed once a down payment of 50% of the total charter fee is made within seven (7) days of receiving the signed booking confirmation. Proof of payment must be submitted immediately upon completion of the deposit.
The remaining 50% balance must be paid as follows:
For weekly charters, any bank retainment will be deducted from the APA, in accordance with HYBA/MYBA contract terms.
All final transfers must be accompanied by proof of payment clearly stating the name under the booking, the booking date, and the vessel booked.
For bookings made less than thirty (30) days prior to the charter date, 100% of the total payment, along with any additional requirements, must be paid in full at the time of booking:
In addition to the standard charter package, guests may request and book optional extras to customize their experience. These may include, but are not limited to:
For Mykonos daily charters, entry fees for the site of Delos are payable directly by the Charterer at the entrance of the sacred site. Guide fees, if applicable, will be agreed upon during the booking process.
All extras must be confirmed in advance (subject to availability) and will be added to the final invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing during the booking process.
Payment for extras follows the same schedule as the main charter fee, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of cancellation of the charter by the Charterer for any reason, the following cancellation policy will apply depending on the time interval between the booking confirmation and the cancellation date:
Policy of “Dossier’s expenses”:
Policy of “Dossier’s expenses” will be applied for bookings cancelled up to 90 + days prior to boat embarkation ( time frame between 61 and 90 days +)
Cancellation fee of 50% of the charter hire of the yacht, for bookings cancelled within a period of less than 61 up to 31 days prior to boat embarkation.
Cancellation fee of 100% of the charter hire of the yacht, for bookings cancelled in a period of 30 days prior to boat embarkation.
In the event of cancellation of the charter due to weather conditions meaning that the yacht is not allowed to cruise by port authority safety regulations, the following cancellation policy will apply:
In the event of cancellation by the charterer, as he judges that weather conditions are not favorable but permission to cruise has been given by the Port Authorities, the following cancellation policy will apply:

Should the weather conditions prohibit cruising due to adverse weather conditions, indicating that the yacht is prohibited from cruising by safety regulations enforced by the port authorities, there would be no refund. The Captain will adjust the itinerary as necessary, ensuring travel to destinations feasible under prevailing weather conditions.
